There is one sign up that needs volunteer assistance, starting tomorrow!!
1.) Please find the After School & Saturday Practice Help sign up at the link.
We are needing 2 volunteers to be present for any health and safety needs of our marchers as they practice in the heat and humidity.
2.) Please find the following: Dietary Survey Form
All Students who will be participating in a band activity where food will be served must fill this out.
This is needed to ensure that we order the correct amounts for all band members concerning the following:
Vegetarian only preference
Primarily vegetarian but will allow poultry.
Will be providing diet specific meals for your child.
There is a section for typing in other dietary concerns.
Please have this completed by August 5. If not completed for your student, we will think that there are no restrictions.
Even if there are no restrictions, we do ask you to confirm it in the form, however, to ensure we have the correct assumption.
