Since I went a bit long in the last update in the reflection, I thought it would be best to send a more business minded post.
Friday Night Senior Night- Football Game.
Parents of Seniors- Thank you for your response in getting in the information and pictures. We have one person left who has given us a picture but no bio information. We will reach out to that person directly. If that person needs the link, please find it here.
Here is the schedule for the Senior night. Please make sure you see the arrival time of 6:15 PM. We have a tight window to complete this activity and we need time for setup.
Friday Night volunteering:
First things first: We some of our people who are going to be Senior parents who are not going to be available for assisting on Friday. This is full on call for assistance from all Freshman, Sophomore and Junior parents to step into the shoes.
1 person needed to help pick up Sam's Club order for Sara Kuchinski
1 person to pick up pre-game meal and deliver it.
1 concession setup volunteers.
3 people to chaperones
2 grill masters
9 wranglers
2 concessions closers.
We will be doing a double shift for some of us as we leave the next morning for Alabama. So, please be aware and if you have not assisted in the past and are not going to Alabama, please step up here.
