Happy Father's Day to all of our wonderful Lambert Band Dads! Here are some updates for the Lambert Band for the week of 6/16:
Quick reminders:
Calendars
Quick reminder about the recent changes to the Lambert Band calendars. You will now find three calendars to help you stay up-to-date with all band activities:
- MAIN - Lambert Bands: General events and LASSO-related meetings
- LMB Marching Band: Band Camp, Marching Band rehearsals, Color Guard rehearsals, Drumline rehearsals, football games, and Marching Band competitions
- LWE Wind Ensemble: Wind Ensemble rehearsals and distant performances such as those in Athens, Indianapolis, etc.

Office Hours
To check out an instrument for summer practice:
9am-12pm on Monday, June 17
9am-12pm on Tuesday, June 18
Marching Band - Band Camp starts on July 15
Wednesday, July 17 and Thursday, July 18 are 9am-9pm.
Please note: Camp, as well as all rehearsals and performances, are mandatory for anyone participating in the program.
Everyone in the marching band should be a part of the following groups on the band app:

Students are expected to come ready to perform:

If you have questions about which part to play, ask your section leaders. They should know based on the recent edits (e.g., everyone plays the first part for these measures, etc.).
In addition to the items below, all students should have:
Athletic tennis shoes/with athletic socks
Hat
Sunscreen
Water jug (1 gallon preferred)
Winds students:
Korg TM-60
Tuner Clip
Tonal Energy App for phone or tablet (link is to desktop site but you can find the mobile app through site)
Brass Specific:
BERP (for trumpets and mellophones only)
BERP (Trombone/Baritone Large Shank)
