Payment Options

Cash and Checks in Band Box
Cash and Checks can be dropped into the locked Band Box in the band room or ask the front desk to place your payment in Kevin Morrison's box (Executive Band Director).  

Checks can be made payable to one of the following names, and please use black ink:
  • LASSO - Lambert Band Booster 
  • Lambert Allied Stampede Support Organization
*IMPORTANT* Remember to include your Student's Name on the check.

  • Don't forget to include your Student's Name in the memo.
  • If you are making payments for multiple students, please make separate transactions for each student.  This only applies to Zelle payments. Check and Paypal payments can be done in a single transaction.
  • Please contact your bank after you make the1st Zelle transfer to verify and approve the payment.  Most banks are requiring this step.

Please remember to complete the following steps when paying via Paypal:
  1. Select which program to apply your payment from the drop down menu options - "Use this donation for".
  2. Check the box "Add $X.XX USD to help cover the fees".  We appreciate your assistance with this.  We only receive the amount after the Paypal fees are deducted.  Only the amount we receive will be applied to your account.  

 
3. On the next screen, remember to add your student's
    name. (*Important*)

 
How do I know if you received my payment?
We will send out statements the 3rd week of each month.  This statement will show all your open invoices and the remaining balance on each invoice.  This balance will reflect all applied payments.
If you would like to know sooner, you can view your balance on the invoice that was emailed to you.  This invoice shows a live balance on your account.  To access this invoice:
  • Open the invoice (not statement) email and click on the maroon button that says "Print or save". 
  • An Intuit Quickbooks browser will pop up.  Next steps will depend on what device you are using:
    • Computer: Click on the white rectangular box on the right side of the browser that says "View Invoice".
    • Mobile: Click on the blue words "View invoice and more info ^" to expand that section.  Then click on the white rectangular box that says "View Invoice".
You may also send an email to lasso.ar.treasurer@gmail.com for any questions regarding your payments.  Please allow 1-2 weeks for your payment to be processed.
