📌 Important: One form must be submitted per student.

If you have multiple marching band students, please complete and submit a separate form for each child.

This form must be completed by parents/guardians who intend to transport their own student to or from Orlando instead of traveling with the band buses.

This applies to families choosing to drive their student one way or both ways between Georgia and Orlando.

Students covered by this exception will not travel with the band buses, chaperones, or directors for the selected trip(s).
